Michelle Gourdine is Chief Medical Officer (interim) and Senior Vice President, Population Health and Primary Care for the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS). Dr. Gourdine leads the development of an integrated, systemwide population health strategy to advance the health and improve the quality of life for the patients and communities UMMS serves. She oversees system physician recruitment, and led the development of a Primary Care strategic plan for UM Capital Region Health, UMMS' newest member.
